There are some girls in my school who have very large breasts, but there's hip bones and prove that they have thin legs. I mean, you can see if a girl is a bit chubby as she wanted to get bigger breasts, but some girls are just lucky? Is that all genetic?

Yes, it's genetics. I knew a girl who appeared in their early to mid-20s, when I 12! He cheated on my brother. In fact, carried out on a date. He taught as he learned of his age, though!
