Are bluetooth mouse and keyboard transceivers universal? - microsoft wireless transceiver for bluetooth
I made this very expensive Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop Elite Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, but I have serious problems with the transceiver.
When you connect the transceiver to connect to and try booting the computer, I have tons of bugs.
Is this universal? (ie I could buy a new USB Bluetooth transceiver, and use the mouse and keyboard?)

Yes, you should be able to use a Bluetooth adapter for mouse and keyboard.
