I am a piece of land as a riparian owner plans to build a residential complex of 44 units. The land around us is also responsible for wetlands packages. It is a joint meeting next month to address this new development. Are there other important issues that prevent that this construction can occur, can be developed? (With the wetlands? Increased noise / pollution crimes? Destruction of natural habitat for wildlife?)
